They say every journey starts with a single step. I guess ours are also the same. This one has been in pipeline for long time since buying a house in Sydney. We always had an idea of getting our own design that we wanted to convert to our home. Well, it is (almost) there. Since buying the land and planning to put a double story house on it, we have been moving along in our journey in a slow and steady pace.

The first break point in this journey was selecting a builder. As usual, spent umpteenth hours and finally went for PROVINICIAL HOMES, Sydney to build our dream home. Why Provincial, I guess we liked the way they spoke to us from very beginning. The SC was courteous and happy to bend the rules of making changes without fretting too much about the cost and sundries. 

We went with SIENNA design, although it has been completely changed from inside and out. Let's see how it comes out, after so much changes and modifications, etc.
